Police are seeking the public’s help to locate a 29-year-old wanted man from Torquay.
Luke Lea is sought in connection with reports of intentional strangulation, assault, taking a motor vehicle without consent and malicious communications.
Officers are making enquiries to locate him and appealing to the public to report any sightings to them.
Lea is described as white, around 5ft 10 tall and of slim build with brown medium length hair and a short dark beard.
