For all those people caring for a family member or friend, Carers Week takes place in June every year and is a national celebration of carers and an opportunity to raise awareness of the important role they play in our society.
The theme this year is ‘putting Carers on the map’.
The events mentioned below are open to anyone with a Carers ‘Passport’ card. If you care for a family member or friend with health / care needs and have not got a Carers Card, contact us at Signposts or on 01803 666620.
