Weekend local rugby fixtures

In local rugby on Saturday in the regional one south west after last weekend's home defeat by Camborne, Exmouth Cockles make the journey up the M5 to take on Bristol side Old Centralians hoping for a win to move away from the bottom half of the table.

In regional two Sidmouth remain unbeaten after last Saturdays 50-point victory over Teignmouth and now face league leaders St Austell at the Blackmore ground while winless Teignmouth must travel to Cornish side Truro and will find it difficult to open their account, but Crediton put their 100 % record on the line when they take on Wellington at Coram's lane.

In the Counties one western west table toppers Cullompton have home advantage when Wiveliscombe visit Stafford park and second placed Topsham host sea siders Paignton at the Bonfire field, Tiverton welcome Cornish side Penryn to Bolham road after last week's 36-24 win at Queen's park while in Counties two Devon division Withycombe, fresh from last week's narrow victory at North Tawton entertain South Molten at Raleigh park and Honiton welcome Barnstaple second fifteen to Allhallows with Exmouth reserves at home to Exeter Saracens.

Finally in division 3 east, Crediton seconds host Torrington at Exhibition Road, Sidmouth second fifteen are at home to New Cross, Tiverton reserves host Exeter Athletic with Cullompton seconds having to travel to play Buckfastleigh Ramblers at the sports club.
