A look ahead to all of this weekends local footballing action
In local football this Saturday after last weekends defeat at Yate Town which left Exmouth Town firmly at the bottom of the Southern league one south division they will be hoping for much needed points when Bristol Manor Farm visit Southern Road this week with a 3 pm ko.
In the Peninsula league east Crediton Utd welcome league leaders Ivybridge Town to Lord's Meadow while Cullompton Rangers play host to south Devon side Dartmouth Utd at Speed's Meadow. Axminster Town make the journey west to play Okehampton Argyle at Simmons Park with Sidmouth Town travelling to second placed Bridport afc. While Honiton Town are also away when they go to north Devon to face Torrington fc at Donnacroft but Teignmouth afc have home advantage with the visit of Plymouth side Elburton villa to Coombe Valley.
In the A&S Devon league Budleigh Salterton play host to Bere Alston Utd at Greenway Lane with Ottery St Mary welcoming Plymouth Marjons to Washbrook Meadow. Beer Albion have home advantage with the visit of Exeter side Newtown afc to Stover Long lane but Topsham Town must travel to Plymouth to take on Mount Gould fc.
Finally in the Devon and Exeter league premier division Colyton fc host Clyst Valley at the Peace Memorial ground while Upottery have to travel to the Cronicales to play Alphington.
In division one Dawlish Utd entertain Lympstone Utd at the Leisure centre with East Budleigh taking on St Martins at the recreation ground in the EDS Cup and in division two Seaton Town welcome Exeter University 4ths while Tedburn st Mary host Farway Utd reserves at Barley Park.
Lastly in division 6 Ex Don's travel away to play City Raiders at Bettysmead with Otterton fc entertaining Axmouth Utd at Stantyway.
