In the Peninsula League East Sidmouth Town were beaten 3-2 at Manstone Kane by West Devon visitors Holsworthy.

In local football on Saturday after their midweek defeat at Tavistock Utd by 3 goals to 1 Exmouth Town were without a Southern League One South fixture but in the Peninsula League East Sidmouth Town were beaten 3-2 at Manstone Lane by West Devon visitors Holsworthy and Cullompton Rangers lost heavily at Speeds Meadow going down by 6 goals to 0 to Newton Abbot Spurs.

Having lost their unbeaten record on Tuesday night to Okehampton Argyle, Crediton Utd got back on track with a 2-1 victory over.

Torridgeside FC at Lord's Meadow and Axminster Town had a 1-0 win at Dartmouth Utd but Honiton Town were held to a one all draw at home to Teignmouth FC and  Elmore Utd were beaten 3-1 at North Devon side Torrington FC.

In the A&S Devon League Topsham Town drew 2 all with Ottery St Mary at the Coronation Ground while in the County Cup Beer Albion progressed to the next round with a narrow 1-0 victory at Exeter University but Budleigh Salterton were knocked out by Stoke Gabriel 3-2 on penalties.

Finally in the Devon and Exeter League in the Premier Division Dawlish Utd were beaten 3-2 by Ottery St Mary Second Eleven at Washbrook Meadow but Colyton won 2-1 at Kentisbeare.

In the County Cup Upottery are through to the next round after a 4-1 victory at Tedburn St Mary but Lympstone Utd lost 6-2 at Harbertonford and East Budleigh failed to reach the next round when they were beaten by 5 goals to 3 at Bravehearts.

Back in the league, in Division 7 Otterton beat visitors Hatherleigh Reserves 4-2 at Stantyway and in the Eighth Division Ex Don's had a easy 6-0 victory at Millwey Rise Second Eleven.
