After last weekends poor weather our local teams are hoping to get back to some sporting action.
In local football this Saturday after Tuesday nights Southern league one south excellent 2-1 win at Bashley with Ben Steer scoring both goals , Exmouth Town make the trip to Westbury Utd still looking for another victory in their bid to avoid relegation .
After last weekends complete washout in the Peninsula league east Crediton Utd travel to Bovey Tracey at their Mill Marsh park ground , Honiton Town visit Dorset side Bridport FC at St Mary's and Cullompton rangers are also away when they make the trip to Simmons Park home of Okehampton Argyle but Teignmouth fc play host to north Devon side Torridgeside afc at Coombe Valley.
In the A&S Devon league Topsham Town travel down the A38 to take on Plymstock Utd at Dean Cross and Ottery St Mary are also away with a visit to Exeter to take on Newtown FC.
While in the County Cup Beer Albion have home advantage with the visit of North Molton S C to Stovar lane.
Finally in the Devon and Exeter premier league our three local sides are all away in the Grandisson Cup with Upottery FC taking on Honiton reserves at Mountbatten park , Colyton FC paying a visit to Lyme Regis and East Budleigh traveling the short distance to Sidmouth second eleven at Manstone lane.
In division one Dawlish Utd welcome Bow AAC to the leisure centre while in division 2 Seaton Town entertain Exeter University 4th eleven at Colyford road with Tipton St John have home advantage with the visit of Exmouth Spartans to the playing fields . Lastly in division 6 Ex Dons welcome north devon side Bampton to the Commons ground with Axmouth Utd playing host to Lympstone Utd reserves in the Goldsworthy Cup.
