In the A Division leaders Exmouth were surprisingly beaten by Budleigh Salterton in the local derby game at Ottermouth.
On a pitch which suited the bowlers, they were put in to bat first Exmouth were soon reduced to just 82 all out in 20 overs a target which the home side reached with the loss of 5 wickets, however the Mear side remain top of the league by 20 points with Budleigh moving up to second.
In the B Division Clyst St George beat visitors Chudleigh by 53 runs at the Bohea Field, declaring on 201 for 9 they then bowled the visitors out for just 148 while Cullompton lost at West Devon side Tavistock by 4 wickets chasing 104 for 6 they were all out for 100.
Finally the C Division East, Ottery St Mary were beaten by 6 wickets at Alphington and Upottery went down to a 7 wicket defeat by Sidmouth Second Eleven at the Fortfield Ground.
