Sidmouth also lost heavily going down to Bradninch & Kentisbeare by 8 wickets at the Fortfield ground while in the A division Budleigh Salterton suffered another defeat loosing to league leaders Exeter by 138 runs at the county ground. In division B Cullompton lost ground at the top of the table when they were beaten by mid table Seaton by 6 wickets at Duke Street but in division C east Ottery st Mary beat visiting Heathcoat second eleven by just 1 wicket in a close game at Strawberry Lane. Finally in division D east Topsham st James lost to Budleigh Salterton second eleven by 38 runs at the Holt and Upottery had a comfortable 100 run victory over visitors Clyst Hydon.
