A round up of the results from this weekends local cricket fixtures
In local cricket on Saturday in the Tolchard Devon league premier division Exmouth produced their best performance of the season with a 8 wicket away victory over leaders Sandford .After bowling the home side out for 197 runs Exmouth easily reached the target with the loss of just 2 wickets and 4 overs left while Sidmouth also won away from home but had a much narrower victory by just 3 runs at strugglers at Plympton.
In the A division Budleigh Salterton scored a massive 360 runs and convincingly beat visitors Clyst st George by 110 runs at the Holt but in the B division Cullompton lost by 59 runs at league leaders Bridestowe while in the C division East yet again no result has been reported of Ottery st Mary's fixture, this time at North Devon side Braunton but Exmouth second eleven beat Crediton based Shobrooke by 51 runs at the Mear .
Finally in D division East Topsham st James won by 5 wickets over Heathcoat 3rd eleven in a low scoring game at the University sports ground but Upottery were beaten by 3 wickets at the County ground by home side Exeter second string .
