Residents and stakeholders in the city are being invited to share their views on the final draft of Exeter’s new Corporate Plan 2025-2028.
The plan identifies the Council’s key strategic priorities for the future and sets out how they will be delivered, and how success will be measured.
The Corporate Plan has been developed in partnership with residents and stakeholders following extensive consultation to ensure the priorities match those of communities, businesses, and those who visit or work in Exeter.
Following feedback, the Corporate Plan prioritises delivery in four key areas - local economy, homes, people and sustainable environment.
Each priority will have a delivery plan outlining specific measures that will track progress against priorities and the intended outcomes.
Council Leader Phil Bialyk said: “We are very proud of our new Corporate Plan 2025-2028, which sets the priorities we will focus on over the next few years.
“We think everybody will support these priorities, and I hope residents and stakeholders can find the time to have a look at the plan and share any further thoughts they have with us.”
Chief Executive Bindu Arjoon said: “We want our residents and communities to be at the heart of everything we do. The new Corporate Plan sets out a clear strategy to deliver the city’s priorities, so it is important to us to hear views about our focus as set out in the plan.
“Achieving these priorities - in collaboration with our partners and stakeholders - will contribute to the continued success of both Exeter and the wider area.”
