His Majesty King Charles is due to visit the Royal Marine Commando Training Centre at Lympstone today.
The king who celebrated his 76th birthday yesterday is no stranger to the base after training there whilst training as a pilot in 1974. He then later served with Royal Marines on HMS Hermes.
His Majesty is expected to arrive at the Commando Training Centre later today
