The Exmouth Film Festival is returning for its second year after a successful debut in 2023. This volunteer-run community event aims to bring people together to enjoy a variety of films at easily accessible venues in the heart of town.
This year's festival will feature nine screenings and two special events over eight days. The line up includes both beloved classics, such as The Princess Bride and The Sound of Music, alongside new releases like The Outrun.
To ensure the festival remains inclusive, organisers have kept ticket prices affordable, with some screenings even being free.
Pip Piper, one of the festival's co-founders, said: “The film festival is all about coming together for a bit of fun as the nights get longer and the weather turns colder. It's fantastic to have our local independent Scott Cinema and a range of other venues, including the Rugby Club, Town Hall, The Deaf Academy, and Holy Trinity Church, participating.”
