The Environment Agency has issued 19 flood warnings and 31 flood alerts following the heavy rain due to Storm Ciarán.
According to the Environment Agency, a flood warnings indicate "flooding is expected" and flood alerts suggest "flooding is possible".
The current yellow weather warning for rain came which into effect at 6pm last night (November 1) will last until 11.59pm tonight (November 2).
The following flood warnings are currently in place for Devon:
- River Avon from Didworthy to Aveton Gifford
- River Axe (Lower) from Axminster to Axmouth
- River Axe (Mid) at Axminster
- River Axe (Upper) from Winsham to Axminster, including Chard Junction and Weycroft
- River Brue and Glastonbury Millstream from Lovington to Highbridge, low lying properties
- River Clyst from Broadclyst to Clyst St. Mary
- River Culm (Lower) from Cullompton to Stoke Canon, including Hele
- River Culm (Upper) from Hemyock to Cullompton
- River Harbourne at Crowdy Mill, Beenleigh, Bow and Tuckenhay
- River Isle at Ilminster
- River Isle from Chard Reservoir to Hambridge not including Ilminster
- River Neet at Bude
- River Otter (Lower) from Salston to Budleigh Salterton
- River Plym from Shaugh Bridge to Riverside Caravan Park
- Rivers Strat and Neet at Helebridge
- River Teign (Lower) from Chudleigh to Kingsteignton
- River Tone from Bathpool to Ham including Ruishton and Creech St Michael, riverside properties
- River Torridge (Lower) from Dolton to Bideford, including Taddiport and Weare Giffard
- River Yarty from Yarcombe to Axminster
