The County goes to the polls today with Council elections in Exeter and County wide vote for a new Police and Crime Commissioner.
Today, Devon residents are heading to the polls to cast their votes in crucial council elections, with Exeter being a focal point alongside four by-elections across the region.
In Exeter, a total of 13 seats are up for contention, representing each of the council's wards. Over 60 candidates have thrown their hats into the ring to compete for these positions. Major political parties such as Labour, the Liberal Democrats, the Conservatives, and the Green Party are actively participating, with eight independent candidates also in the mix.
